"Pendulum" refers to the tendency of men & movements to overcompensate when correcting theology or practice. Once the proverbial pendulum has begun to change direction from one error, it often passes the mark of truth and swings into the opposite error.  "Reformed" refers to Scripture & its proper interpretation as the norma normans non normata & foundation for all theology.
